The crowded list of prospective Democratic nominees to challenge governor Tom Corbett shrunk by two this week as both Jo Ellen Litz and John Hanger left the race.   Litz, a Lebanon County Commissioner did not gather enough signatures to qualify for the ballot, the Lebanon Daily News reports.   Hanger's withdrawal was reported by The Philadelphia Inquirer.  The candidate stated that opponent Tom Wolf's effective advertising campaign left him no path to victory.   Wolf, the former Revenue Secretary of Pennsylvania is well ahead of his primary challengers, according to a recent poll by Robert Morris University.
